Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word that means universal life energy. This is a gentle hands-on method of healing, which taps into the energy referred to as ki in Japan, chi in China and Prana in India.
If you have never had Reiki, I would urge you to try it. If you have and are looking for someone and if you find yourself in Costa Rica, I would highly recommend Elizabeth Gensler. I have received many Reiki sessions over my life and all I can say is I was blown away on so many levels. Our session's healing was long lasting and stayed with me for weeks.
