1 Hour – Best for relaxation OR focused detail work $100

1 Hour Foot Care--Downtown walking got you stressed and sore? Come in for a rejuvenating foot care session. Hot/cool towels, essential oils, hydrating creams. $100

1 1/2 Hour - Best for relaxation and some focused work $150

2 Hour - Deep dive into relaxation and focused work $200

2 1/2 Hour - Deep dive into relaxation and focused work $250

3 Hour - Deep dive into relaxation and focused detailed work $300

Red Light Therapy - $20  This is done during your massage session, duration 20 minutes

Vibration Plate - $15         Best done prior to massage session, duration 15 minutes

Baseline Assessment - Allow for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Discover foundational imbalances and correction techniques $50

Self-care, stewardship, back to roots coaching time - 1 hour. Your choice of topic. Call for details $80

Chair Massage - At your site, 4-hour block. $350 Additional fees may incur based on site location. Call for details.

Attention: I am not able to accommodate Couples Massage at the same time, however, I am able to do back to back. If you must have them at the same time, call me and I will be happy to give you a referral.
